Emma has completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a 3 year full-time comprehensive Holistic Nutrition Diploma. Her special interest is in reproductive health and fertility. Emma is extremely passionate about helping others get to know their body better as a way of achieving their reproductive health goals. She loves educating and inspiring change through her Instagram account, online courses, and coaching programs. She feels especially passionate about helping clients regulate and understand their natural menstrual cycle and the power of preconception health for optimizing fertility and pregnancy outcomes. She loves to educate and bring awareness to the concepts of epigenetics and fetal programming when it comes to fertility, pregnancy, and early childhood development. She feels that we have the power to help shape the future generation by mindfully supporting the overall wellness and lifestyles of parents and their children, from well before birth and beyond.
As an educator she teaches about reproductive anatomy & physiology, hormones, the menstrual cycle, birth prep, nutrition and overall mindset and lifestyle practices that support wellness. As a practitioner she utilizes a holistic approach, investigating her clients’ current nutrition practices, habits, mindset, symptoms and menstrual cycles as a way to extract information about their overall health. She enjoys exploring mindset blocks, routines, habits, nutrition, movement, deficiencies, toxicities, sleep, stress, self-care rituals and more in order to help her clients achieve a lifestyle that is conducive towards their goals. Her practice is built on the foundations of holistic lifestyle and nutrition support, yet encompasses knowledge from traditional Ayurveda, western medicine, functional lab testing, herbs and supplementation.
